Through the Play Wash Companion can join in store challenges, collect stamps, enter raffles, vote on what happens next, and discover small moments throughout the space while their laundry runs.

Spin Cycle Raffle

Customers scan the Play Wash Companion while they wait and complete one simple action to enter a weekly raffle. Actions could include voting on a movie, visiting a vendor, donating a book, answering a prompt, joining updates, or checking in during a wash party.

Why it works: It creates email capture, repeat engagement, vendor visibility, and a reason to scan without making the experience feel complicated.

Wash Party Passport

Customers collect digital stamps for participating in Play Wash moments. Examples include movie night, food truck pop up, pet wash day, book drive, vendor day, or family laundry morning.

Why it works: It turns repeat visits into a collectible experience and gives Play Wash an easy structure for recurring programming.

Fold and Find

A simple scavenger style game inside the laundromat. The companion gives customers a prompt while they wait, such as find the featured book, find the vendor clue, find the detergent tip, find the hidden Play Wash mark, or find the movie clue.

Why it works: It makes the physical space interactive and encourages customers to explore without requiring a heavy build.

Load Timer Challenge

While their wash or dry cycle runs, customers race the clock to complete quick activities on the Play Wash Companion. Vote on tonight's playlist, answer a fun prompt, submit a movie pick, or unlock a raffle entry before the timer hits zero.

Why it works: The laundry cycle becomes the game clock. Customers stay engaged during natural downtime, and every completed challenge earns them a small reward or entry.
